Sessions will only run if a minimum of 5 sessions are booked. Deposits will be refunded if the session is cancelled by MJP.
Sessions will take place at my studio space at the Women's Council House in the south end of Halifax. All sessions will be studio style with a light grey background and studio lighting.

Anyone in need of a headshot! Actors, other performers, academics, business owners, and more!
What is your cancellation policy?
Your deposit is non-refundable in the event you cancel your session, however you are welcome to transfer your session to another person. Please contact me should you wish to do so.
What is your Late Policy?
Mini sessions often run on a tight schedule as the sessions are short. If you are running late for your session please let me know as soon as possible. Your session time may be shortened, or you may forfeit your time slot entirely if you are late for your session. If there is another time slot available in the day or a gap where I can fit you in I will do my best to do so.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
I understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos but good images take time to edit. All clients will be sent a gallery of proofs within 10 days of the session date. Clients can then choose the image(s) they wish to have edited. Once you submit your choices to me I will have your edited file(s) back to you within 2 weeks.
What if I like more than one image, can I purchase more for editing?
Absolutely! Clients have the option to purchase additional edited images for $40/image. If you're interested in purchasing more images you can email me!
Can I have the unedited photos from my session?
It's my policy not to release unedited photos from any of my sessions to clients. Editing is an important part of the photography process. Unedited photos are not a full representation of my work and I wouldn't want someone else to see those images and decide whether to book with me or not based on them.
Accessibility Considerations
The Women's Council House is wheelchair accessible. There is a ramp at the space entrance, although there is a small lip at the base of the ramp and where the ramp meets the door into the space. There is also a wheelchair accessible washroom with an automatic door and hand rails. Your booking form will allow you to expand on any accessibility considerations you have for your session so I can ensure the studio is set up in a way that works for you!
